We deliver across the UAE including free zones within 1-2 working days. Some non-regular service areas (e.g. Western Region Abu Dhabi ) may take take 3–5 working days for Delivery. We strive to bring ordered products at your doorsteps as soon as possible.

Our standard delivery timelines are across the UAE including free zones within 1-2 working days. Some non-regular service areas (e.g. Western Region Abu Dhabi ) may take take 3–5 working days for Delivery. Additionally, these timelines may also vary depending on the shipment size. During sale periods, delivery dates may be slightly delayed. In every situation, our aim continues to bring ordered products at your doorsteps as soon as possible.
What happens if I miss a delivery?
If you are unavailable to receive your order, our partner carrier agent will contact you to reschedule. Alternatively, you can reach out to related partner customer support team to arrange a convenient delivery time.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order using your Airway Bill (AWB) that will be shared with you via our partner carrier at the time of shipping/delivery. In case, and at our sole discretion, if delivery location is close to our fulfillment place, as an extra mile step delivery maybe attempted directly within the same day or a convenient time set with you for a quick step fulfillment.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Our manufacturing team follows strict quality control measures to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition.
However, we recommend checking your product at the time of delivery:
Inspect all external surfaces
Ensure proper assembly for products requiring installation
Confirm all fittings (nuts/bolts) are secure
Decide placement location before installation
Test seating products for stability
Once the product is delivered and accepted, we can only cover manufacturing defects or fair usage issues.

Inform the delivery personnel immediately

1) Atleast 4 Images of the item received.
2) Airway Bill (AWB) and Order Number.
3) Quantity received.
4) Delivery and Acceptance Date.

Our team will validate the order details and review the issue within 3-4 business days and may offer repair or replacement based on the damage.
