Returns & Exchange
We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your home. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get it sorted.
In case you are dissatisfied with the product, you can cancel your order for any product at any time prior to its delivery/installation.
You can also return the product at the time of delivery/installation (while the team is still on-site), no questions asked.
After delivery, you have 7 days to return the item, except for hygiene, customized, or installed products.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging
Please Note: We will not accept any returns without original packaging.
Return Process
- We will arrange collection from your location within 3 to 5 working days
- Once received at our warehouse, the item will be inspected
- Refund or replacement will be processed within 5 working days after approval
Damage caused due to misuse, accidents, negligence, incorrect DIY installation, improper cleaning, or natural causes will not be considered a manufacturing defect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 working days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank (processing delays may occur)

Clearance Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Replacement or Exchange
We offer a 14-day replacement or exchange policy. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

Delivery timelines for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
Refund Timeline
- Refund processing: 4 to 8 working days after item is received
- No cash refunds are provided
- For Cash on Delivery orders:
- Submit a copy of your Emirates ID
- Refund will be issued via cheque and delivered to your doorstep
Partial Returns (Free Shipping Orders)
If your order qualified for free shipping and you return part of it:
- Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery charges will be deducted from your refund
Card Payment Refunds
If you paid via credit/debit card:
- 3–5 business days to receive the returned product
- 2 business days for inspection and refund processing
- Bank may take 7–10 business days to reflect the refund
VAT Refund
Yes, VAT will be refunded. Please ensure you include your invoice when returning the product.
